Knackly Word Designer to Knackly Online
After you create a new template or variable on the Knackly Word Designer and you are ready to go back to Knackly Online, go to Knackly Online in your browser and Refresh the web browser. Any templates or variables you have created should now be available.
If this does not work, you will need to Refresh the Variables list on the Knackly Word Designer and then Refresh your web browser. When you are ready to use your Docx Template online, click Save in the Knackly Word Designer. Go to Knackly Online and Refresh the web browser.
