Initial Walk Through

Your first decision is if you have a document that you would like to create as a template or if you want to use our sample. You can use any document you have, but we recommend starting with a basic letter and the following topics will walk you through our sample specifically.

How do you choose your own documents to become templates anyway? Volume is one answer. Any time you send the same document out multiple times within a day, week or month you can save time by making it a template. Think about documents that every new client receives like an engagement letter. Or maybe you want to send a letter to all your estate planning clients when a rule has changed that would affect their current plan or business owners that need an annual registration reminder. Another way to look at your documents would be how complex they are to change under varying circumstances. Think about basic to complex Wills. There are always different circumstances.  Married? Children? Stepchildren? Grandchildren? Assets? All these issues can be handled within one template by asking the right questions.
