When you open your Online Workspace, you will see a landing page similar to this:
- The LITIGATIONBASE label will be different for you. Your own Workspace name will be there.
- We refer to the Litigation Documents tab as a Dashboard. This name will also be different for you.
- The Designer tab is where you will be working to automate your documents.
- The Catalog tab is where you will be working to create and maintain your Dashboards.
You will not be using the Dashboard tab until you have automated your templates, so go ahead and click on the Designer tab.
Online Workspace Sections
- Designer: Access the Elements, Variables, Templates, Formulas, Layouts and Apps.
- Catalog: Create and update settings on data Catalog(s) to create a collection of all things Designer.
- Dashboard: Access Apps and Records for building documents.
- Elements: Add, edit and delete Models and Tables for efficiency and use in Designer and Templates.
- Variables: Add, edit and delete Variables for use in Designer and Templates.
- Templates: Add, edit and delete text, docx, file and pdf templates; file can consist of txt, anx and xml files.
- Formulas: Add, edit and delete Formulas – reusable expressions for use in Designer and Templates.
- Layouts: Manage variable layout for App creation for a friendly user interface.
- Apps: Add templates and manage name and other options for building documents.
